If you're a pasta lover and like things a little on the spicy side, this week's
Crazy Alfredo is for you.
It's my make-at-home version of a favorite dish at
P.J.'s Sea Shack in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., where we often vacation.
I didn't have any sundried tomatoes when I prepared the dish for photography, but I definitely would recommend you not omit them!
